Below is the dnb preliminary list for Saturday July 28.  It looks like another big one!   Requests from this list are due back SUNDAY JULY 22 by Noon.  If you miss the deadline, we can always try, but this definitely makes it easier and more secure. SRD potential releases are never exactly what will be released worldwide – so we haven’t been listing them.  If you really want to know then stop up on Saturday after 2pm and I'll have a more accurate list available (sans their always limited promos).

Basswerk 28 Vinyl EP makes a link between history and today. It tries to help remembering two essential things that made Jungle music grow: a smile in the face and sound adventures.When Shut Up & Dance came up with their album „Death Is NotThe End“, this has been a big inspiration for Cologne’s DJ’s Heiner & Laszlo to get into Breakbeat and later into Jungle & Drum & Bass music. Even so much that Heiner chose his DJ name after the SUAD track „The Green Man“ featured on that album (while Laszlo became DJ

Being involved into various remixes in 2007, Green Man had the spontaneous idea to do a Drum & Bass Remix of “TheGreen Man” , trying to keep it’s original simplicity and vibe . Things worked out easy and the crowds all loved it as it is straight forward but funky and with some heavy extra Bassand cheerful like the original. So we decided to send it to PJ Smiley from SUAD and we are now proud to present this remix on Basswerk 28 !! BOK012 features two tracks that have been doing the rounds on the dubstep circuit from two of the scenes rising stars. Marlow is a bass scientist who is about to take the UK underground by storm. With tracks forthcoming on labels such as Hotflush and Storming, Marlow is certainly going to be a name to look out for - ‘Tremor’ rumbles with rough and raw distorted beats backed up by cinematic strings. The EP also features the ever growing talent of Manchester based producer SNO whose recent productions have featured on the Earwax and Terrain labels - ’25 Stone’ with its sharp beats and belly-shaking bass will make you lock into some militant head nodding.
