Another Method

Another Method has purchased the inventory of Grand Poo-bas.  They will continue the fine tradition of a record store (and more) in Cleveland that serves all underground music heads.  They have many exciting plans in the works that will expand beyond the scope of what we were able to offer.  Please show them love, encouragement, and respect in their endeavors.

They will be at the same location (temporarily) so stop in, meet them, and get excited.   A diverse background, with roots firmly planted in the underground, will serve Northeast Ohio and the web community well!  Preorders, Special Orders & Requests have been transferred to them, and for the time being will be handled in the same manor you are familiar with.

Grand Poo-bas Record Shoppe

RIP December 12th, 2009

After 15 years, countless piles of new records, many great friends, and memorable events, Grand Poo-bas Record Shoppe has stopped operations. 

While we are all very sad about this, we are excited at the prospect of what new owners can do for you.  I always said that the last day was going be when we could not order new music, and we can proudly say that we never missed a week! 

It is time to move on, and let someone else with new fresh and exciting passion continue a great tradition. It has been our pleasure to meet many so people over the years.  Some of you have been with us since the very beginning!  For that, we are truly grateful for you support and friendship.   

All preorder requests and hold stacks have been turned over to Another Method.  Please continue to support them just as diligently as you have supported us.  We consider ourselves lucky to have run into people, just like us, who want to preserve vinyl and contribute to a thriving scene.
